Monaarch Buildcon and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd was founded in 2015 by Mr. Rahul Govardhan Kadam, a visionary entrepreneur with a master’s degree in marketing from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Management and Research, Pune. With over a decade of experience in real estate, he has guided the company’s growth with a focus on quality, trust, and affordability.
Since its inception, Monaarch Buildcon and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd has evolved from a small dream into a trusted name in Pune’s real estate market. Our journey began with the successful Koyna project in Balewadi, followed by developments like Lake Vista in Lohegaon and Liviano in Tingre Nagar all designed to deliver value and enrich the lives of homeowners.
