Mr. Rahul Govardhan Kadam
Founder and Chairman

Mr. Rahul Govardhan Kadam, the Founder & Chairman of the Company, is one the youngest and dynamic individuals in real estate sector.

Following his passion of becoming entrepreneur, he has been working in real estate sector from last 10 years. WITH A MASTER’S DEGREE in Marketing from Dr.D.Y Patil Institute of Management and Research, Pimpri, Pune, Mr. Rahul
Kadam is a fresh wave of ideas with an innovative approach expertizing is in real estate matters, Business development and Management along with Finance & Accounts. He has been associated with Monaarch Buildcon and infrastructure Pvt Ltd since its inception as a promoter instrumenting strategic decisions for the Company besides overall functioning of the Company.

His journey to become a leader, to follow own heart and to spread happiness is started with small beginnings & tiny steps, which is now getting stronger by more footfalls with hand in hand

Mr. Atul Govardhan Kadam

The strength of the Company however lies with highly dedicated and youngest skilled professional Mr. Atul Govardhan Kadam. Being MBA qualified professional he is experienced into Liaising and Operations for Monaarch Buildcon and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. He has been associated with Monaarch Buildcon since last 7 years.
Mr. Rounnak Jain

Strategic Advisor

Mr. Rounak Jain is the Strategic Advisor of Monaarch & under his leadership Stead Realty started operations in 2021 with a vision to be one of the prominent names in the Industry & his idea was supported by other two Founding Members of Stead Realty. Mr. Rounak Jain is in charge of Business Development, Product Strategy & Planning, Distribution & Marketing, Legal.
Prior to Stead formation Mr.Rounak Jain worked with some of the leading real estate brands of India & have hands-on experience of more than 11+ years in Sales & Marketing, Branding, CRM, Business Development, Team Handling, Legal, and more.
Mr.Rounak Jain completed his Masters Degree in Marketing from Mumbai University.
Mr. Samarth Shrimant Harkare

Director

Mr. Samarth Harkare has post graduate degree from Ambedkar University, Aurangabad and comes with more than 17+ years of enriching experience in real estate and financial services (Banking & Asset Dept) sectors. He is heading Sales and Marketing Department in the Monaarch Buildcon.

His experience in real estate headed the Sales & Marketing department where he ensured the completion of various projects, created a new vertical under loyalty business and management. His initial experience in the LPO sector prepared him for his debut with strong financial knowledge & systematic processes in place, which is currently the need of the hour in the real estate industry today.
